Your Role

As an Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and implementing Odoo-related projects within the company. You will be responsible for managing schedules, ensuring smooth project execution, and collaborating with a talented and fun-loving team to guarantee the satisfaction of internal and external clients.

Main Responsibilities

• Ensure that the internal and external projects go according to plan from start to finish.
• Plan and coordinate project activities, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Facilitate project meetings and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders (technical teams, users, customers, managers).
• Internal and external reporting
• Identify potential risks and propose appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Act as a facilitator between the internal teams and the customers.
• Follow Operational KPIs and Direct report to the management

Profile Sought

• Experience: around 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in an IT environment (experience with Odoo is a plus).
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of Odoo solutions, understanding of business processes (sales, CRM, logistics, accounting, etc.).
• Project Management Skills: Proficiency with planning tools, familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies or equivalent. (Dashboard Ninja)
