I’m a solution-driven professional with a knack for finding innovative ways to overcome challenges. My journey began with a background in marketing, followed by a master’s degree in public relations. I’ve spent more than a decade honing my skills.

Over this period, I’ve gained over ten years of invaluable experience within media agencies. My unwavering commitment to finding solutions has made me an adept project manager and an effective communicator.

Today, as part of the Niboo team, I’m excited to be on a new journey, helping our clients embrace digital transformation through Odoo. My skills in communication and problem-solving play a pivotal role in crafting innovative solutions for our clients. Gaël Rabier is a co-founder and the Managing Director of our company. With a profound passion for both technology and business, Gaël has been a driving force since Niboo's inception in 2014. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Solvay's Brussels School of Economics and Management, bringing a wealth of expertise to our team.

As the Managing Director, Gaël not only oversees the company's strategic direction but also plays a pivotal role in business development. His dedication to innovative solutions and his business acumen have been instrumental in Niboo's growth and success.

I'm Loïc, grateful to be a part of Niboo's team, and proud father of three wonderful children. I'm a naturally curious and hands-on person; you might even call me a bit of a DIY enthusiast – I've taken on various home renovation projects and always finding new ones to get into. My optimistic and transparent nature makes me easy to get along with.

My educational journey led me to study Marketing at Ephec in Louvain-la-Neuve for three years. Before that time, I had the opportunity to spend a year abroad, which helped me hone my Dutch and English language skills.

I've been with Niboo since 2018, and currently oversee customer relations and sales. My responsibilities include prospecting and estimating the cost of Odoo implementations, as well as helping our prospects determine if Odoo is the right ERP solution for their needs. Niboo is proud to be a Belgian Odoo Gold Partner, and I play a crucial role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Along with our entire team, of course.

Hello, I'm Quentin. I have a background in psychology and have had an interesting journey in the corporate world. I started as an IT recruiter and worked my way up to my current position in just a few years.

I've dedicated nearly seven years to Niboo, where I play a key role in ensuring the company's operations run smoothly. I oversee daily operations and work with the team to achieve success.

My combination of psychological expertise and leadership skills allows me to address challenges and promote positive changes effectively.

I'm also a proud father of three girls.

I am Sam Lefever, Director at Niboo, a leading Belgian Gold Odoo Partner. With over 14 years of Odoo experience, I bring a wealth of technical and functional expertise to all our projects. My professional journey began as a developer, where I honed my skills and gradually transitioned into management roles, overseeing teams and business units. This experience laid the foundation for my entrepreneurial spirit, leading me to establish Niboo.

My approach to business is characterized by a relentless passion for understanding how organizations operate. This curiosity fuels my commitment to delivering exceptional results and innovative strategies to drive growth. I am deeply committed to leveraging technology and business acumen to foster enduring partnerships with clients and colleagues alike.

Today, my role at Niboo encompasses a multifaceted approach. As the head of finance, I meticulously manage the financial operations of our organization. Additionally, I actively engage with our clients, offering expertise in financial aspects related to their projects. My responsibilities extend to overseeing our IT infrastructure and spearheading research and development initiatives within the company.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I have a deep-seated passion for sailing. Recently, I embarked on a solo Atlantic crossing, a testament to my adventurous spirit and determination.
